PURPOSE:To move a release button vertically and smoothly, by arranging a plane release plate of which one end is supported by a horizontal shaft and the other end is enabled to move vertically on a release switch fitted to the upper part of a camera body. CONSTITUTION:Cut parts 8 are formed on an upper peripheral part 7 of a camera body 1 on the side of a release switch case attached to the upper part of the camera body 1 and the horizontal shaft 10 fitted to one end of the plastic release plate 9 is pivotally engaged with the cut parts 8. A thin plate-like pressing part 4 is fitted to the other end 11 of the release plate 9 so as to be located just over the plane release switch attached to the release switch case 6. Consequently, the release button can be prevented from being engaged with a guiding part and also can be moved vertically and smoothly. |
