PURPOSE:To reproduce satisfactorily a control signal block even in case when a tape winding angle is small, by recording the control signal block in the center part of a recording track, in a device in which data and a block of a control signal are formed diagonally as a recording track. CONSTITUTION:In case of a recording track pattern which records an audio PCM signal on a tape 1, a control signal block is recorded in a position shown by oblique lines in the almost center of each track 2. Even in case when a tape winding angle is made small in order to execute a high-speed search, a rotary head scans exactly a recording position of the control signal block, therefore, at the time of this high-speed search, the control signal block can be fetched. |
