PURPOSE:To provide a diagnosis device which works to instruct a necessary action to be taken, by a method wherein the presence of a trouble is determined based on the data obtained from various monitoring devices, and if a trouble occurs, a diagnosis is performed to find out the cause thereof. CONSTITUTION:Input signals 1a, 1b, and 1c obtained from a monitoring device are inputted to a data collecting device 2 to perform a check of data obtained in each input signal. A theoretical pattern device 3 houses a theoretical pattern for diagnosing a long term abnormality of a condenser and a theoretical pattern for diagnosing a short term abnormality. In a diagnosis on a long term abnormality, data of an input signal and a vacuum degree of a condenser are compared with each other and computed. When the computing result indicates normality, it is displayed in a display device 5 that the forward and back washing operations for the condenser or an operation of a fine tube cleansing device is needed, and a signal is fed to a control end output device from the theoretical pattern device. Said operation is automatically performed, and also with respect to the presence of normality, a reliable determination of the content thereof takes place. |
