PURPOSE:To reduce the mounting space and the number of fittings, and to miniaturize and lighten a transformer by a method wherein the lead wires of the transformer are enclosed through a flexible insulator and supported on an outer circumference of an insulating cylinder arranged at the outermost side of winding. CONSTITUTION:The lead wires 6 are drawn out from a hole of an insulating cylinder 12 arranged at the outside of winding 1. The lead wires 6 are enclosed in a flexible insulator 10 for clamping consisting of insulating paper attached on an outer circumference of the insulating cylinder 12, and fixed by clamping bands 11. As the lead wires are fixed to the insulating cylinder 12 of the outermost layer of the transformer winding 1 of a space portion where has not been utilized in conventional devices, the occupying space can be reduced. Thus, the space is lessened, the number of fittings is also decreased, and work is reduced while the transformer can be miniaturized and lightened. |
