PURPOSE:To preferably operate a thyristor converter by outputting a latch signal after A/D conversion is finished and operating a latch circuit and a digital automatic pulse phase shifter. CONSTITUTION:An A/D converter 13 converts with a conversion command Y. This command Y is inputted directly to a time delay circuit 5, and the dealy time of the circuit 5 is set to a value slightly longer than the conversion time of the converter 13. As a result, a latch signal alpha which is inputted to a latch circuit 1 and a digital automativ pulse phase shifter 3 is outputted after the converter 13 completely converts to establish data of all bits. In this manner, the thyristor converter can be favorably operated even when the converter is used. |
