PURPOSE:To eliminate a pin for engaging a coil by fixing and folding a wire material which is supplied along the axial direction of a bobbin with a pair of fingers along the axial direction of the bobbin. CONSTITUTION:When one end of a wire material 4 is fixed with a pin 3 and a motor is started, the material 4 is wound on the outer periphery of a bobbin 1, engaged with the ends 8a, 8b of pawls 8, 8 provided at fingers 7, 7 and folded whenever the material 4 reaches both ends of the coil, and coil groups g of bundle shape are formed at the same position. Thereafter, the motor is stopped to rotate the fingers 7, 7 at the prescribed pitch to the direction of an arrow, the motor is again started to rotatably drive the fingers 7, 7 and the bobbin 1. Then, new coil group g' is formed at the position spaced at the prescribed distance from the group g formed previously. A honeycomb multiplex coil is formed by repeating the above sequence. |
