PURPOSE:To enhance the air-tight sealability of a valve for quantitatively transferring a granular material, by stabilizing the load balance of rotary discs formed therein with opening holes. CONSTITUTION:A rotary member consists of three discs 4 through 6 and a rotary shaft, each disc being formed therein with two opening holes 1, 1', 2, 2', 3, 3' within its radial range. Cylindrical chambers 81 through 88, 91 through 98 have their top and bottoms opened, and are in a sector-like shape. These cylindrical chambers 81 through 88, 91 through 98 are 4n in number where n is the number of the opening holes formed in each disc and is an integer greater than 2. Since the holes are formed in each disc 4 through 6 in an integer number more than 2, the load balance subjected thereto during rotation, is stabilized. Further, spaces 13, 13' are always defined due to the upper cylindrical chamber of a volume larger than that of the lower one, and therefore, the clearance between the intermediate disc 5 and the lower cylindrical chambers 91 through 98 may be minimum, thereby the air-tight sealability thereof is satisfied. |
