<p>7ss-Aminotriazolylacetylamino-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid compounds of the formula <IMAGE> in which n represents 0 or 1, R1 represents hydrogen, etherified or esterified hydroxyl, etherified mercapto, formyl or a radical -CH2-R2, in which R2 is hydrogen, optionally functionally modified carboxyl, acyloxy, hydroxyl, heterocyclylthio or ammonio, R3 represents an optionally protected carboxyl group, R4 represents hydrogen or lower alkoxy, A represents a group -CH2-, -C(=O)- or -C(=N-O-R5)- in which R5 is hydrogen, optionally substituted lower alkyl or cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, lower alkenyl or optionally N-substituted carbamoyl, R6 represents hydrogen, an optionally substituted hydrocarbon radical, organic sulphonyl or acyl, and Am is an optionally substituted amino group, and salts of those compounds which have a salt-forming group, have antibiotic properties and are active against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms. The novel compounds are prepared in a manner known per se. The starting materials are also part of the invention.</p> |
