PURPOSE:To prevent water leakage and to avoid the rusting of a reciprocating movable structure by providing a bellows mechanism on the lateral reciprocating movement mechanism of a machining liquid nozzle section and on its guiding section so as to enclose action factors in a sealed space. CONSTITUTION:Both ends of bellows 108 are sealed and fixed respectively enclosing a bearing case 98 between a bellows fitting base 96 and the bellows fitting plate 106 of a guide shaft 104. As result, the slide coupling section between the inner linear ball bearing 102 of the bearing case 98 and the guide shaft 104 is completely shielded from the outside, and the slide coupling section is prevented from being wet even when the cooling water or machining liquid is splashed, thus rusting can be prevented. |
