In order to simplify the assembly of the individual apparatus components in filtration apparatuses for filtering liquids and to achieve cost savings when numerous filters of differing porosity are used, the upper part (15) of the filter funnel (14) of the apparatus (10) is designed as a threaded holder for the glass attachment (11) furnished with a corresponding male thread (13) to be screwed in. The filter plate (18) is arranged between an annular support surface (17) on the base of the filter funnel (14) and a sealing ring (20). These components are sealed by the lower end of the glass attachment (11) when it is screwed into the threaded holder against the support surface (17) on the filter funnel (14). The filter funnel (14) is composed of plastic, for example polytetrafluoroethylene or polypropylene.
