PURPOSE:To attain smooth shift without temporary stop of the arm in case of continuous depression, by providing a logical control section discriminating one depression and continuous depression so as to control the amount of shift of a tone arm depending on the one depression and the continuous depression. CONSTITUTION:The movement of the tone arm 1 is controlled with a servo motor 2 and the position is represented with a counter 3. A series of operations of the motor 2, the counter 3 and an arm shift key 5 is controlled with the logical control section 4. In depressing the shift key 5, the control section 4 checks whether or not the time is 150m.S being the time discriminated as the one-depression. As a result, when the depression is not the continuous depression, the motor 2 is rotated and the arm 1 is shifted very small distance by the counter 3. When the depression is the continuous depression, the moter 2 is rotated, and the arm 1 is shifted while the key is depressed. Thus, in case of the continuous depression, the temporary stop of the arm 1 is avoided and smooth shift is attained. |
