PURPOSE:To write data to a memory circuit with a signal not having time axis fluctuation, by inhibiting rewrite of the same information data to the same address of the memory circuit. CONSTITUTION:The write period of the information data to the memory circuit 20 is set twice per transmission period of the 1st frame and the address of the memory circuit is changed every time when a write frame discriminating signal in the 2nd repetitive period is incoming. In this way, the same information data is written in the same address in one write period only and never written twice or over repetitively, then the other operation is performed for the memory circuit 20 during the period to write the same information data repetitively, allowing to prevent useless write. |
