Mobile dewatering apparatus for sewage sludge

With the aim of further development of a transportable dewatering apparatus for sewage sludge, which is provided with a decanter unit having a centrifuge, a device for addition of a flocculant and associated pumps, piping and control devices arranged on a base frame, for high throughput of more than 100 cmb/h it is proposed to provide a device for automatic separation of coarse material on the sewage sludge introduced by suction between the sludge suction part, in particular the sludge delivery pump, and the decanter unit. This device for separating coarse material is combined, in the preferred embodiment, with a sewage sludge receiver tank which acts as a buffer in the event of operational failures in the sludge suction area. These two elements of the overall plant are expediently arranged on their own semi-trailer together with a further polymer tank, a generator and fuel tank.
