PURPOSE:To transmit simultaneously both main and secondary information without imparing the DC balance of a code series, by limiting how to give violation in the class-IV partial response coding transmission. CONSTITUTION:Circuits 7-10 detect a specific code pattern emerging on a class- IVpartial response code series. Circuits 14-16 allot the time to each secondary information when the violation is given to the code series. Circuits 18-30 perform the control so that the positive and negative polarities are generated alternately for the code to which the violation is given. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd condictions are defined when a specific pattern is detected on the code series, when the time is allotted and when the control is given so that a violation code of negative polarity is obtained after a violation code of positive polarity is transmitted respectively. Then the violation is applied to disturb the coding rule when the above-mentioned three conditions are all satisfied. |
