A method for improved holding of sports implement handles by means of special gloves is described, as a result of which very much better and more accurate playing, at the same time with harder strikes and greater ball speeds of balls struck therewith, is made possible in that there is fastened to the striking hand a glove which is covered on the inside with loop strips, and around the handle of the respectively used sports implement hook strips, which, on grasping the handle and the mutual pressing thus occasioned of the two synthetic strips, are hooked so closely to one another that the striking implement can thus be held by the gloved striking hand absolutely firmly and safely and the respective player can thus considerably improve his game. This applies to virtually all types of sport practised with striking implements, which use the fixing effect of such closures, which is distributed according to the invention over glove and handle.
