PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution and to facilitate the control for the titled oscillator, by giving the rough frequency compensation over the entire range of compensation temperatures by means of a temperature compensating capacitor having a large temperature coefficient. CONSTITUTION:With electrostatic capacity C of a capacitor 51, the temperature dependence voltage Et rises up as the temperature changes from T0 to T4. At the same time, the voltage impressed to a resistance 53 and a constant voltage diode 54 also rises up. However, an electronic switch 52 is kept off while the voltage Et is kept under the Zener voltage. Then both the temperature and the voltage Et rise more, and the voltage Et exceeds the Zener voltage. Thus the switch 52 turned on. Here the diode 54 is set at a proper level to control the working temperature T4 of the switch 52. |
