PURPOSE:To reduce the load of a driving peripheral circuit, by generating a strong charge wall at the narrow part of a concatenated beads like pattern in order to apply its bias magnetic field component for a bias magnetic field component out of a hairpin like conductor. CONSTITUTION:Most minor loops 31 are provided in parallel with an in-plane magnetizable direction 10. Only the end part of a minor loop on a side opposite to a transfer gate part curves toward a direction 13 which divide halves an angle which is made by the direction 10 and the easy direction 12 other than the difficult direction 11. By doing so, a narrow part 31C of a pattern forms an acute shape in in-plane difficult axis direction, and a strong charge wall is generated at this part. Therefore, hairpin like coductor patterns 41, 41' and 41'', etc., are provided for the narrow parts 31C, 31C' and 31C'', etc., of the pattern, and connected in series. As the result, less driving current is required, and driving voltage necessary for it is low so that the load of a circuit for driving a magnetic bubble generator for testing can be reduced. |
