PURPOSE:To prevent defects due to air bubbles and folds of bonded parts, by contacting a bonding tape and a tape to be bonded for each one end with an attracting stand and pressing them with a roller while blowing air between both the tapes. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum source is connected to the attracting stand 5 attracting the tape 4 to be bonded fixedly and the attracting stand 7 attracting the bonding tape 6 fixedly respectively, an air nozzle 8 is fitted to the attracting stand 5, and the attracting stand 7 is formed tilt movably up and down. In bonding tapes, the attracting stand 7 is fallen down, each one end of the tapes is bonded tentatively, air is blown from the nozzle 8 and the tapes are pressed sequentially from the bonded end with a roller 9 while floating the tape end. Thus, no sealed air exists in the bonding part, allowing to prevent air bubbles and folds and defects caused by them. |
