Even when the open lever is turned with some tool, it will be impossible to unlock in a locked state. Even if the key lever is turned with the tool, nothing but for a key lever will be operable even if the key lever is turned. Even if the ratchet lever or the inner lever is forced to turn with the tool, the tool may be guided to the projection in a riser area of the back plate and a rib so that it may be escaped. Even if the ratchet or a ratchet lever is turned with the tool from outside.
