PURPOSE:To obtain a picture image excellent in its pattern and color, by supplying a signal to a monitor image receiver so that inverted phase state is derived when displaying. CONSTITUTION:Color signals such as R-Y and B-Y are obtained from phase wave detectors 25 and 26, and supplied to an NTSC encoder 20 to be used with a luminance signal for forming an NTSC signal. By operating switches 11, 12 and 19, a reverse signal is supplied, and the phase of an index signal is inverted by 180 deg.. Due to it, the phase of an index signal finally obtained by a switching circuit 27 becomes to be in 180 deg. inverted phase. With these inverted signals, the phase wave detector 25 and 26 perform phase wave detection. Therefore, signals obtained as R-Y and B-Y are those of 180 deg. inverted phase. Accordingly, the NTSC signal of negative-positive inverted is obtained. |
