PURPOSE:To reduce the load of a driving peripheral circuit of a bubble generator, by providing a conductor pattern for a bent end part of a confluent transmission line bent in a specified direction, which is provided for the end part of a minor loop transmission line through a magnetic bubble confluent part. CONSTITUTION:Most part of a minor loop 31 is provided in parallel with in- plane magnetizable direction 10. A confluent transmission line 61, which is provided through a magnetic bubble confluent part 51 of the end part of a minor loop on opposite side to a transfer gate part, is bent in the direction of a bisector 13 of an angle made by a difficult direction 11 and another easy direction 12. By doing so, a narrow part 31C of a moniliform pattern at the bent end part forms an acute shape in an in-plane difficult direction, and a strong charge wall is generated to the part. Therefore, hairpin like conductor patterns 41, 41', 41'', etc., are provided for narrow parts 31C, 31'C, 31''C, etc., of the moniliform pattern, which is acute in an in-plane hardly magnetizable axis direction, and connected in series. As the result, driving current can be reduced, and the load of a driving circuit becomes smaller. |
