PURPOSE:To switch over the dumping direction for sure simply by operating catching hooks of hinge mechanisms of a three-step dump by means of oil pressure cylinders. CONSTITUTION:Hinge mechanisms 6 of a three-step dump are composed of shafts 9 provided on a load bed and catching hooks 14 provided on a car body, and the catching hooks 14 are operated by cylinders 16-19. A switch valve 21 operates a right front cylinder 16 and a left rear cylinder 17 oppositely, and a switch valve 22 operates a right rear cylinder 19 and a left front cylinder 18 oppositely, while a switch valve 25 operates these cylinders and a hoist cylinder 7 selectively. The operations of switch valves 21 and 22 permit to switch over between catching and releasing of the hinge mechanisms 6 for sure for preventing the danger of half-catching. |
