PURPOSE:To enable the detection of substrate holes adjacent to each other by a constitution wherein a light from a light source is transformed into a spot light by a pinhole lens so that illumination is enabled. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is constituted by a diffusing plate 2 provided in front of a light source lens lamp 1 for diffusing a light into a uniform light, by a pinhole 3 for restricting the light by passing only a part of it therethrough, and by a lens 4 for condensing the light stopped by the pinhole 3. Accordingly, a light projected from the lens lamp 1 is diffused into a uniform light by the diffusing plate 2 and transformed into a spot light by the pinhole 3, and this spot light is condensed without any loss in the quantity thereof by the lens 4. By this constitution, the light can be projected only into an aimed substrate hole 6, while another substrate hole 7 adjacent to the hole 6 is left outside the projection. |
