PURPOSE:To enable the sure forming of SHAO-MAI (a purse-shaped dumpling stuffed with minced pork) using a simple apparatus, by stuffing a definite amount of the minced pork in a pastry shell placed on a mold. CONSTITUTION:A sliding plate 35 having a circular hole 36 is placed slidably in the main body 28 of the pushing box having a blind feed hole 30 and drop hole 31 bored vertically in the main body 28 in parallel. A plurality of cylindrical forming molds 48 are attached to the proper positions at regular intervals along the circumference of a rotary disc rotating intermittently at regular time intervals. A columnar forming and receiving member 51 is inserted slidably into the forming mold 48, and a ring-shaped receptor 54 having a hollow part 55 is placed opposite to the forming and receiving member 51 and under the drop hole 31. The pushing rod 71 having a long groove 72 at the upper end and plural small holes at the lower end face is inserted into the drop hole 31 in a manner to be movable vertically by ununiform rocking motion. A pushing member 75 having a cylindrical pushing part 76 is placed below the pushing rod 71, and the pushing part 76 is made to be freely inserted into the mold 48 by the cam 11 having a dent. Compressed air can be supplied through the long groove 72 when the pushing rod is in the lower position. |
