PURPOSE:To obtain a titled capsule toner which has good fixability on plain paper and is stable in developing and fixing performance over a long period of time, by using a vinylidene fluoride-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer as a shell. CONSTITUTION:Powder consisting of a press fixable component (a component which entangles easily with the fibers of plain paper under about 20kg/cm linear pressure is preferable, e.g.; PE) (may be added and compound with a coloring material, a magnetic material, etc.) to be used as (A) a core material is added into an org. solvent (e.g.; xylene) soln. of a vinylidene fluoride-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer, then the resulted dispersion is coated on the press fixable component by, for example, spray drying, whereby the press fixable capsule toner formed with the above-mentioned polymer as a shell on the core material is produced. |
