PURPOSE:To facilitate the detection of hot water temperature or the like at the specified height from the bottom of a liquid by providing a sensor on an erectable support sunk on the bottom thereof. CONSTITUTION:A hollow support 3 is divided into a lower spherical body 3' filled with a weight 3a and an upper body 3'' forming a hollow float section 3b, which are connected through a small-diameter shaft 3c. Two rings 6 are provided slidable on the small-diameter shaft 3c and a hot water temperature sensor 4 having a lead 5 mounted thereon. The hot water temperature sensor 4 is capable of detecting hot water temperature at two height-adjustable points.
