PURPOSE:To prevent an output from overshooting and to perform the bumpless switching between control arithmetic parts by providing a controller which has the multiple control arithmetic part with a deadzone circuit right in front of the controller of the control arithmetic parts. CONSTITUTION:The controller 1 incorporates the dual control arithmetic parts, and the master control arithmetic part A3 and slave control arithmetic part B4 supply operation outputs to a plant 2 through a switch 5. A process input value from the plant 2 is deducted from a set value by a subtracter 22 to input the resulting set value to the deadzone circuit 30 and then the operation output value is outputted to the switch 5 through a P-plus-I controller 23, high limiter 24, and low limiter 25. The deadzone circuit 30 outputs 0 when the absolute value of the output of the subtracter 22 is less than some specific value, or the output value as it is when not. Thus, the bumpless switching between the arithmetic parts is performed. |
