PURPOSE:To enable a continuous operation and to reduce the cost by balancing the internal pressure of sand supplying tanks having two sets of closed type gates and the internal pressure of a mixer, keeping the accuracy of measurement of sand in the tanks and supplying said sand to the mixer continuously. CONSTITUTION:A pressurizing circuit that balances the internal pressure of sand supplying tanks 16, 16a having two sets of closed type gates 17, 18 and the internal pressure of a mixer 14 is provided, and a pressure is applied by blowing air 19 to ensure the accuracy of measurement of tanks 16, 16a. While sand 21 is supplied from the tank 16 to the mixer 14, sand 21 is replenished from a stroage tank 15 to the tank 16a. This operation is repeated to enable continuous blending and spray molding. When the lower gate 18 is open, the upper gate 17 is in a closed state, and the lower gate is closed by an off-signal of a level switch 24. After confirmation of this closed state, the gate 17 becomes open and replenishes sand 21. |
