PURPOSE:To adjust a fine three-dimensional angle easily with high precision by performing remote control over expanding and contracting mechanisms for supporting a device fixing flange and a self-locking mechanism with an electromagnetic circuit. CONSTITUTION:Currents are flowed through electromagnets 6 and 6' to separate permanent magnets 7 and 7' from permanent magnets 8 and 8'. Consequently, the self-locking mechanism 2 is unlocked. Then electric pulse signals are sent to the expanding and contracting mechanisms 4 and 4' to move the arms of the expanding and contracting mechanisms 4 and 4' up and down in proportion to the number of pulses, and a fine-angle adjustment of the device fixing flange 1 is made by the elasticity of a flexible support 3 and a spring 5. When currents are flowed through the electromagnets 8 and 8' so that the electromagnets 6 and 6' and permanent magnets 7 and 7' repulse each other and the permanent magnets 7 and 7', and 8 and 8' attract each other, self-locking is performed and the device fixing flange 1 is fixed at the fine adjusted angle. |
