1. Method of producing ceramic-like mass with totally closed pores consists in adding aliphatic isocyanate and water to a mixture consisting of a synthetic resin and an inorganic filler. Characterized in that: A raw mixture is prepared by constant mixing for the period of 0.2-5 hours. In the mixture, 100 parts by volume of the epoxy resin corresponds to 45-200 parts by volume of phosphogypsum waste. The latter has been formerly heated for at least 1 hour at the temperature of at least 440K. Its grains are under 20 μm. The viscosity of the raw mixture is maintained under 4150 mPa centre dot s. Then, 8-20 parts of the known hardening agent of the triethylene-tetramine type are added. Then, in the volumetric proportion to the raw mass, 30 percent by volume of butyl isycyanate and 0.06-0.15 percent by volume of water are added during the period of at least 10 minutes.
