PURPOSE:To discriminate whether an input pulse is a normal signal or noise, by comparing an input signal with an output of a bistable multivibrator and inverting the output of the bistable multivibrator only when the result of comparison is different from each other by a prescribed time or over. CONSTITUTION:The input signal A and the output G of the bistable multivibrator 4 are compared by a comparison circuit 1, and when the result of comparison is different, a logical value 1 is outputted and when the two are equal, a logical value 0 is outputted. An oscillator 2 outputs a sampling pulse C, and when the signals A and G are different, an AND gate G1 is conductive, and when the count of the sampling pulse is a prescribed value or over, a pulse signal F is generated and the bistable multivibrator 4 is inverted. Since a signal B is 0 when the signals A and G are equal, an AND gage G2 is conductive, and when the count of the sampling pulse is a prescribed value or over, a counter 2 is reset. Although the signal G is changed with a prescribed time delay from the signal G, the circuit is not affected by a short-time noise. |
