The system further includes a mechanism for transporting a coolant between the mechanism for exchanging thermal energy between a medium and a coolant and the mechanism for removing thermal energy from a coolant. The mechanism for transporting a coolant is connected to the mechanism for exchanging thermal energy between a medium and a coolant so that substantially all of a coolant flowing from the mechanism for transporting a coolant to the mechanism for exchanging thermal energy between a medium and a coolant flows directly from the mechanism for transporting a coolant into the mechanism for exchanging thermal energy between a medium and a coolant.
