PURPOSE:To automatically analyze a number of inspection samples quickly and efficiently by irradiating the sample in cells simultaneously with monochroic lights with specified wave lengths through a spectroscope with a scattering element. CONSTITUTION:As test tubes 11 being intermittently moved is guided into a spectrochemical analyzer 14, they 11 are transmitted sequentially by light from a light source 19 via separate incident splits 17 once spectrally analyzed into monochroic lights with a scattering element 20. Consequently, absorption spectrum of inspection samples in the test tubes 11 can be measured in a multichannel detection array 16. Here, as test tubes 11 arranged in plurality are moved intermittently and pass through spectroscopic areas with monochroic light by spectroscope with a scattering element 20, quick measurement of a number of inspection samples is possible in a short space of time. Moreover, as the sample is irradiated with soft monochroic light obtained by spectroscope with the scattering element 20, the accurate measurement of absorption spectrum can be done without causing light reaction in the inspection sample. |
