The electronic timepiece has a crown which is mechanically coupled to a switch (34). The switch (34) acts as a changeover switch, an L-signal being present at one contact and an H-signal being present at the other contact. The common contact of the changeover switch is connected to an interlocking circuit (43) which stores the signals from the switch (34) and eliminates contact bounce effects. Connected downstream of the interlocking circuit (43) is a differentiating circuit (62) which generates short pulses for correcting the time data displayed by the electronic timepiece, the number of which is proportional to the revolutions of the crown. As a result, the time adjustment can be performed in accordance with the procedure with conventional mechanical timepieces. <IMAGE> |
