PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for stripping off parts by which parts stuck to an adhesive tape can be stripped off and transferred to a prescribed position with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A device which strips off a plurality of parts 2 stuck to the adhesive surface of a flexible adhesive sheet member 1 and transfers the parts 2 to a prescribed position 3 after holding the parts 2 is provided with a deforming means 12 which deforms the central parts of the parts from the backside of the adhesive surface, a holding means 10 which holds the parts 2 maintained in adhesive states, and a transfer means 8 and control means which are attached to the holding means 10 and transfer the held parts 2 to the prescribed position. |
