PURPOSE:To reduce the number of working manhour and the price of the product, by clamping a part and the dovetail part of a profile formed blade and by successively moving the location to which twist is given by giving a difference in deformation resistance along the blade. CONSTITUTION:A straight blade is formed by performing profile forming by semi-closed type forging. The dovetail part 4' of the straight blade is clamped with a twisting holder 5 and, at the same time, the intermediate part 7 of the holder 5 is also clamped by a fixed holder 6. Then, the blade is heated with high frequency induction heating coils 8 installed to the root part of the blade and, at the same time, twisting torque is applied by the twisting side holder 5. The heating surface is locally limited by supplying two lines of injection water from both sides of the heating surface. The coils 8 are successively moved toward the intermediate part 7 and the movement is interlocked with the torque application. When the coils 8 reach the fixing side holder 6, the holder 6 is moved to the front end part 3 and the twisting work is continued. |
