PURPOSE:To perform bending of a reinforcing bar by one process, by fixing a die sized to the outer dimension of the bottom of U-shaped reinforcing bar of reinforced concrete by a flame to use it a lower die, and using a die sized to inner dimension of the U-shaped reinforcing bar as a horizontal die. CONSTITUTION:An upper die 1 goes up and places a reinforcing bar 4 on a table 8 before working in a stationary condition. Then, by returning the rod of a fluid cylinder 6 for the upper die by operation of the level of a manual changeover valve 10, the die goes down and presses the reinforcing bar 4 against a lower die 2 and bends it. When a limit switch 9 that sends out a command to a fluid cylinder 7 for horizontal die is depressed at the time of completion of descent of the upper die 1, the horizontal die proceeds to the center and bends the reinforcing bar. |
