PURPOSE:To attain high quality recording picture, by arranging the track width of vertical blanking lines of a recording track of a disc in a line radially. CONSTITUTION:A per-second frame frequency ff signal of a camera signal of a frame frequency generator 2 is generated, multiplied at an n-multiplication circuit 3 by n-times, amplified at an amplifier circuit 4 and a motor 6 is rotated at a drive circuit 5 to drive a disc 1. On the other hand, an output of a camera synchronizing signal generator 8 used for a camera signal generator 7 is inputted to a frame frequency generator 2 via a horizontal synchronizing signal separating circuit 9 to synchronize the frame frequency. In the disc recording, an output of the camera signal generator 7 is modulated at a modulator 11 via a color signal process circuit 10 and recorded on he disc 11 at a recording head 13 via an amplifier 12. The vertical blanking line track of the recording track of the disc 1 is arranged in a line in a constant radial direction. |
