Certain flavylium compounds have cicatrising and epithelium regenerating and also anti-inflammatory, vasoprotective, hypolipaemic, hypocholesterolaemic and hypoglycaemic properties. The novel pharmaceutical preparations contain these active compounds of the formula I <IMAGE> in which Y, m, n and X have the meaning defined in Patent Claim 1.
