The saw feed driving movement is composed of a first constant forward-drive and a second component which comprises a periodically oscillating wave movement (9) with a backwards-driven and forward-driven phase during each cycle executing by the frame (5). The second motion component is phase-displaced relatively to the work cycle of the loose frame to compensate elastic and other synchronising disturbances in the transmission system. For all workpieces, irrespective of size and weight, the workpiece feed is synchronised with the loose frame (5) work stroke. |
