PURPOSE:To prevent bad contact and to improve vibration control property by providing a vibration control material containing paint waste with a small hole having a diameter of 0.2-15mm.. CONSTITUTION:A through hole, favorably the through hole having a diameter of 0.2-15mm. is disposed on a heat melting sheet containing paint waste, the area for the hole being within 10% of the whole area of one sheet, which can prevent ununiform remarkable foaming, bad contact due to generation of such foaming, or bad contact caused by air caught between a surface to be adhered and the sheet so as to improve vibration control property. |
