PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency of cutting and in quality, by cutting the flange face of an angle steel by use of an exclusive torch, and thereafter, cutting a web face by use of another exclusive torch. CONSTITUTION:A base material 1 is placed on a cutting table 42, and when cutting a flange face (b), movement is given to a torch 45 by X and Z axes of co-ordinates, and the cutting is executed. Also, when cutting a web face (a), a torch 46 is controlled by X and Y co-ordinate systems, movement in the Y axis direction is guided in the direction going direct along a rail 44, and the web face (a) is cut. That is to say, the flange face (b) which becomes an obstacle in case of cutting the web face (a) is removed by performing the cutting of the flange face (b), and thereafter, cutting of the web face (a) is executed by the exclusive torch 46, therefore, angle steel is cut completely and automatically, and the efficiency is improved. |
