PURPOSE:To aim at making a needle possible to be automatically assembled in succession, by aligning cylindrical rollers in a row so as to cause each of these rollers to be turned to a slide top, which is used in case of assembling the needle and the like being almost equal in length and outer diameter. CONSTITUTION:Each cylindrical roller 8 of a ball 7 is aligned and disposed in a row inside a holding groove 21 of a shutter plate 13 via a chute rail 10. Next, this plate 13 is moved up to a position where the holding groove 21 is adjusted right with a detecting part 20, then a detecting plate 28 passes through the detecting part 20 and reaches the holding groove 21. Afterward, the plate 13 gets moving again and when passing through the holding groove 21 and a transfer loading groove 36 of a chute rail 17 in a transfer loading device 3, an extruding plate 40 pushes out each cylindrical roller 8 inside the holding groove 21 onto the transfer loading groove 36. After that, each cylindrical roller is held up by a cylindrical roller receiving ring, and a pressing link is inserted into the bearing disposed on a jig. |
