PURPOSE:To take out a molded product continuously and smoothly, by automatically removing the molded product and a sprue runner upward from the mold opening space of an injection molder and to transfer, to drop them to a predetermined outside position. CONSTITUTION:When the mold 4 of an injection molder 1 is opened, a chuck mechanism 13 descends, intrudes in the opened space of the mold 4 by a cylinder for moving up and down, advances by a cylinder 8 for moving back and forth. A nipper mechanism chucks a molded product (a) and a sprue runner and goes off, retreats. Then the chuck mechanism ascends and transfers them to the removal position at one side of the injection molder 1 by a horizontal turning arm 6 and the nipper mechanism 14 is actuated to remove, to drop them by the releasing operation of a work suction pad 29 and a runner chuck cylinder 30 and the molded product (a) is separated and removed, dropped at a predetermined position. |
