PURPOSE:To prevent any increase in manpower and cost which may occur in case an ignition coil is mounted as a single unit by allowing the ignition coil of an igniter equipped with an integrated ignition coil type ignition distributor to be contained in a resin-made cap of a distributor body. CONSTITUTION:A distributor body is equipped with a resin-made housing 1 and a cap 2. A magnetic circuit, i.e., a permanent magnet 15 a plate 16 a rotary shaft 3 a signal rotor 12 a bracket 14 the permanent magnet 15 is formed inside the distributor body, and further an electromagnetic pickup device comprising the above permanent magnet 15, pickup coil 23 and bracket 14 is provided. Further, the closed circuit core 4 of an ignition coil 30 is provided within the cap 2 in an integrated form, and a rod-shaped core 5 around which a primary coil 6 and a secondary coil 7 are wound is, after forming the cap 2, inserted into a housing part 33, and fixed with resin 8, allowing the ignition coil 30 to be contained in the cap 2. |
