摘要 PURPOSE:To control the flow rate of a refrigerant in response to load, and to conserve energy and prevent freezing while also compounding the control of a compressor by the drop of a sensing temperature by determining the openings of an air mixing damper and a refrigerant flow control valve by a set position of a temperature-regulating knob. CONSTITUTION:The more the temperature-regulating knob 31 is set to the cool side, the more a valve lift of the refrigerant flow control valve 30 increases, the flow rate of the refrigerant is augmented while the air mixing damper 14 is positioned in the direction of a position (A), and heat quantity reheated by a heater core 15 can be reduced, thus effectively obtaining cold air. The more the temperature-regulating knob 31 is set to the warm side, the more the valve lift of the control valve 30 decreases, the flow rate of the refrigerant is reduced while the damper 14 is positioned in the direction of a position (B), heat quantity reheated by the heater core 15 increases, hot air is obtained effectively, and the compressor is operated under a power-saving state by the decrease of the flow rate of the refrigerant. When the sensing temperature of a sensor 9 drops up to a fixed value, on the other hand, the contact of a thermostat 10 is opened, the compressor is stopped, and the freezing of an evaporator can be prevented.
