PURPOSE:To prevent the insulation defect by preventing leakage of the unhardened resin in a coil by a method wherein the treatment by hardening promotor is performed to the outer peripheral insulation layer and the insulator at the lower end part, and the upper end projections are provided at the upper parts of each insulation layer in the inner and outer peripheries. CONSTITUTION:The secondary winding 2 is wound around a bobbin 1. On the outside thereof, the outer peripheral insulation layer 9 composed of an insulation layer 11, a resin holding layer 12, and a layer treated by hardening promotor 13 is provided. The upper end projection 14 is arranged at the upper end part thereof. Next, the interval insulator 4 in waveform is arranged outside the outer peripheral insulation layer 9, and the inner peripheral insulation layer 15 is formed outsie it. The upper end projection 16 is formed on the inner peripheral insulation layer 15. Then, the primary winding 5 is formed by winding a flat angular insulating conductor and an inter-stage insulator 6 between winding layers. The outer peripheral insulation layer 10 and the upper end projection 14 are formed outside it. End part insulators 7 and 8 are arranged at the upper and lower end parts of the primary winding 5 and the secondary winding 2. |
