PURPOSE:To perform suction/heating properly in accordance to the operating state, by branching into a heating path and non-heating path at the way of a suction path while exchanging supply of suction air to said paths in accordance to the suction temperature. CONSTITUTION:When the suction temperature in a suction tube 11 is lower than the setting level, a valve 34 will open an atmospheric port 33 to maintain a negative pressure chamber 23 at the atmospheric pressure, while a diaphragm 52, 22 is biased by a spring 26 and a valve 25 will close the inlet 20. Heat exchange is performed with the cooling water at the heat exchanger 15 to heat the sucked air. When the suction air temperature exceeds over the setting level, the temperature sensitive device 30 will supply the negative pressure from a negative pressure path 31 into a negative pressure chamber 23 while a control valve 21 will exchange the passing of suction air from first branch 13 to second branch 14. Non-heated suction air having proper temperature is fed into each cylinder chamber. |
