PURPOSE:To facilitate attachment and detachment of a cover to simplify the construction and to improve the durability in a screw driving force transmission element cover of a rectilinear transfer apparatus by disposing space between a movable member and a block and fixing a ball screw cover to the base thereof. CONSTITUTION:A thin-plate ball screw cover 22 U-shaped in section is disposed in a gap 21 between a table 14 and a block 13 in such a manner as to be out of contact with the block 13, the table 14 and a ball nut 12. The cover 22 is fixed to the upper surface of a plate 6 for fixing a bearing and the side of a plate 11 for fixing a motor. In this arrangement, the cover can be easily attached and detached, and the construction can be simplified so that the cover is fixed at a fixed position so as to improve durability. |
