摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain seasoned laver having gorgeous and beautiful appearance, by sprinkling gold powder on a laver raw material between a seasoning process and drying process, applying the gold powder to the laver using the adhesiveness of a seasoning material layer such as Mirin (sweet Sake), etc. CONSTITUTION:In the process of this invention, an existing preparation for seasoned laver is fundamentally used, but there is a gold powder sprinkling process between the seasoning process and the drying process. Consequently, the gold powder is attached to a seasoning material layer such as Mirin, soy sauce, etc. formed on the surface of laver using the adhesiveness of the material. The sprinkling of the gold powder is carried out by the use of steel to sprinkle it uniformly, and the sprinkling time is preferably a time wherein the seasoning material layer has a slightly higher viscosity. The prepared seasoned laver has gloss of glittering gold powder in the color of laver of its own and good contrast, is beasutiful and gorgeous.
